To access and/or use one of Argos' services, technical rationalisation of transport S.L. (hereinafter ARGOS TRT) it is necesary that the users provide certain details of their personal details, being obligatory to complete the fields indicated with (*). In completion of the article 15/1999 of the Protection of data of personal details, be advised that the files that contain the details are being collected through the system, ARGOS TRT, and they are correctly inscribed in the Registered General Spanish Agency for the Protection of data.

Finally, the collection of data is managed and administrated from the services provided by ARGOS TRT, this way the information is sent promotionally to the users.

It informs the users of the possibility of executing the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of the personal details that have been solicited through ARGOS TRT via the email address info@argostrt.eu.

ARGOS TRT undertakes the compliance of their obligation to maintain obligatory discretion of the personal details supplied and should adopt the necesary measures to avoid alteration, loss, treatment o unauthorised access.

ARGOS TRT guarantees the adaoption of the relevant measures and security in regards to RD 1720/2007, of 21st December, in which was passed the section of Development of the Act 15/1999, of 13th December, for the Protection of Personal details.

The user will respond, in any case, to the truthfulness of any details given. ARGOS TRT The right has been reserved to eclude those who give flase details, without subject to status. ARGOS TRT It is kept exonerated all the responsibility that could derive from the abuse or neglection of the passwords given for access to the system.
